You copy of INN.01 will introduce contemporary work and creativity on important and evermore relevant issues continuing to exist post-COVID19 lockdowns.
With feature stories and creative work in the fields of migration, technology, climate, sustainable fashion and racial equality among others, INN.01 sets the tone for its ten-part series subject matter with an attitude that celebrates the power of now.
Springbrættet 6a
INN.01 will appropriately launch at Springbrættet 6a: a women-run platform congregating creatives who work within a broad spectrum of artistic expression under one roof.
The idea behind Springbrættet 6a is to help artists grow, develop, and inspire visitors with the different crafts represented. At Springbrættet 6a the focus is on new start-up companies and new upcoming artists and designers.
The venue hosts monthly exhibitions, atelier spaces and an artist shop that represents different artists' and designers' work alongside a selection newly established wine and beer manufacturers.
Exhibition
INN.01 will proudly launch alongside an exhibition by UNISON, an artist duo consisting of Sofie Lenau and Marie Søe. Through rituals and an experimental practice, UNISON explore a collective creative process, where equality and sensitivity act as building blocks.
UNISON works primarily with installation, textile, and video. They represent the volatile, disintegrated, and that moment where everything disappears. The flower that withers, the candle that burns, the egg that hatches and the light that goes out.
This exhibition examines the human connection through unity and the ability to carry each other..
Music
International sounds from three robust record collections.
INN.01 will be launched with three sets by local talents whose travels through land, life and love have shaped what they bring to the dance floor.
Panamoil, Martinez and ADHDJ from Switzerland, Sweden and Italy respectively will deliver a tasteful journey of Lounge, Italo Disco and Retro House to satisfy your guilty (or not so guilty) pleasures.
